So I just moved here from tx and wanted to know why it's listed by Google and other platforms as a Rec facility when it's medical? I'm trying to get my medical card but if I could save my self another long awkward talk with the doc id love it.

Idk i always knew it to be a compassion center. They can probably help you obtain a card better than i could. Try going in and talking to a rep of the compassion center. Hope this helps. Try telling your doc you tried a friends and it worked for your condition. I went to B&B medical the first time and had my doc fill the second time now he'll fill it out every time i need him. I received my card very easily from my MS doctor because I am allergic to just about all the neurological pain meds he tried I don't know why it is registered in many places that way. You do need a Medical Marijuana card to enter any of R.I. dispensaries. The Thomas C. Slater Compassion Center in Providence they work very hard with you for any pain issues you might have and help ease your individual pain with their products. Getting a card depends on the reason or reasons you need one. I am new at this also i only went to 1 doctor who offered this option to me. Sorry I am not that helpful Good luck and God bless you

I went to Biltmore medical. With my insurance I have a 30$ co-pay. After they prescribe the referral. It cost 50$, if disabled 25$. Plus there's also a fee for the ID card..

All states require their own cards to dispense at the dispensaries. I wanted med at Florida commission with my RI card. Had to wait til got back up here.
