NuggMD will approve you ASAP like within 10 minutes if you do apply for it if not yes you're going to have to go to mass and go to one of the rec centers or have someone actually go to the Providence site to buy some for you that already has a card
You will either have to go to mass and buy expensive ones at the rec or get a med card through nuggmd.com
