Only RI cards because it is still on a state by state basis in regards to the laws surrounding use.
Not yet but only because each state has different rules and guidelines to obtain a MMC. I'm sure soon enough you'll be allowed to buy in other states with any MMC.
There is a very informative FAQ section on their home site. It cites current laws on this matter to allow you to stay up to date. :-)
