Bill no you can't buy it for recreational use you need a medical marijuana card for RI I believe in Massachusetts you don't need the card
Umm, that's a big ol' no there, Billy boy. That applies to ALL RI dispensaries. You'll need a RI license along with a RI Medical Marijuana Card. The only way to get that is to speak with a RI physician. But I'm sure you can score some decent shake locally. Good luck and happy blunting!
