Because 1:1 means equal parts THC to equal parts CBD, so if the strain is 10% CBD it's usually around the same for THC, where as primarily THC strains will have very little CBD in them making those more like a 20:1 ratio THC:CBD. Eg. 20% THC and only around 1% CBD.

its because its half cbd half thc flower it wont get you as high but has the same medical quailtys i would google cbd and its effects or ask somebody there about it to see if its for you
Not always, but sometimes the percentages of indica/ sativa is different or its simply just a sale, sometimes the percentage of cbd/ thc is different
