That would be a concentrate and to inhale it, you have to dab it, use a concentrate attachment for a pen, etc. It is similar to shatter and other concentrates, it's just the process used to create it is different. You can also use it for edibles but I advise you look online on ways to measure it to avoid under/over doing it.
