The staff was very friendly and approachable and our room was very clean. The shower was slow to drain, but it was manageable and we were only there for 2 nights. There should have been clearer communication regarding parking and adding parking to your reservation. We were able to do it at the front desk, but would have preferred to have known about the $35/day parking charge ahead of time, especially so we could have added it on to the room reservation at the beginning and saved time waiting in line for the front desk before going to dinner.

I’m pretty finicky about hotels and I thought this place was great! Staff was amazing! The most hospitable group ever from the valet, to check in, bell-men, our servers at the restaurant and the Starbucks lady who helped me. Everything was super clean as well. Wish I had gotten our server at the restaurants name because she was such a sweet woman! She was so nice to mg kiddos who were acting like monsters and even told me I was a good mom and to hang in there. She was amazing and our breakfast was super good! 15-20 min walk to the Georgia Aquarium. Would def recommend this hotel if you’re stopping in Atlanta.

We were there for the Hot Chocolate 5k race. The room was clean and comfortable! Staff was amazing starting with the lobby to bartenders to Market Place. They made us smile & had us laughing the whole time! The hotel was very cold but Ana checked into it right away & it got much better! Will definitely stay here if ever in Atlanta again! Trader Vic's was delicious as well!

Positive: Room was very clean when I checked in, lobbies and hallways were also very clean and orderly. Well decorated and staff was easy to locate. One of the front desk staff members was very helpful and gave me free water bottles and extra towels when I asked. Negative: Parking was way too expensive (35 dollars a night automatically charged). No breakfast provided; housekeeping was limited which I was only warned about upon check-in. Most of the staff seemed irritated.

Yes, I'd like to know this as well. I booked this hotel expecting a pool, and specifically for it. ALL the travel websites including the Hilton Atlanta website clearly states there is an outdoor pool. This has been here over a year!!!!! I stayed last night, NO POOL! They said it's under construction. And they lied. I will be contacting someone in terms of rembursement. False advertising is criminal, Hilton has millions, billions!!! Scamming customers with false advertisement to lure them into spending money that isn't refundable should be charged. This is not the last scene I will be making of this. Social media! Here I come!!!!!
Nice place.
not in the rooms but yes downstairs where they sell food. it would be to the left when you walk in the main doors.
Shontevia, our hotel's policy requires a $50/nightly refundable deposit, which can be put toward room charges and any incidentals. Upon checkout, the deposit is released back to the guest's account. Depending on one's banking institution, the money will be available in one's account within 3-5 business days.
I stayed there once & got my deposit back within a few days of checking out but I stayed there another time & it took weeks after checking out before I got my deposit back
Yes everything is very nice you will love it
Sounds like a nice group of pot heads checked on on the 11th floor.
The pool closed durning renovations, Hilton guests have access to the Marriott pool
You can have parking added to your room.
Was told by security here at the Hotel we were not allowed to use the marriot pool
The parking garage has a limited amount of air but it wasnt bad
The Marta is very convenient and there is no need to catch a taxi just get on Marta and exit Peachtree center station and the Hilton is about a 5 minutes walk.
No, i don't think so. I've never seen nor smelt any fumes from an exhaust vent in the parking lot.
People create issues. You create the reality thus the answer to this question is... exactly.
I so very much want to give a sarcastic answer, but I will resist... This time.. It is called the "Hilton" Atlanta because, well, it's located in Atlanta.. And the owner of the building, Westmont Hospitality Group, has a licensing agreement with Hilton to use the name... These agreements almost always require the individual locations to operate at-or above- a specific standard.. Thus giving your average guest a rather good idea of what to expect. Additionally, making these agreements can make it possible for an Indio hotel to charge more based off the brand... Not to mention the addition room sales generated just by name recognition.
No charging stations, just a filthy stinky parking deck if you self park. Not sure how the valet service is, or if they have charging with that service. They were so backed up when we arrived we just self parked and immediately regretted it. If you go to the aquarium they have charging there.
Yes. But u have to have a credit card to put on file for incidentals....
Kai, to keep updated with our current parking fees, we suggest visiting atlanta.hilton.com. The daily rates are listed for both valet and self-parking options.
The lamps on both the bed side table and the desk had USB ports built in, as of Labor Day 2019.
Contact our hotel at 404 659 2000. They will be able to connect you to the best Team Member to assist.
They have a cleaning service. I do not think they have a washer/dryer for guests.
You should contact the hotel directly. Rates change. They do have deals if you book with them directly or other travel apps.
You do not. Ask the front desk for the access code and click coupon. Put the code there.
Susan, we do not offer shuttle service at our location. We suggest a taxi, ride-share service or the MARTA train. All are great forms of transportation to the hotel.
Th÷ hotel has its own pool, so guests use that pool, which is within the hotel complex.
No
Complimental, you mean?
Most hotels in Georgia won't have them due to a law past stating that all bodies of water(ie. Pool, Jacuzzi, etc.) Need to be handicapped accessible(ADA).
No slippers
Fridge yes, microwave no. They have then on request but 2/3 times I asked for one it never arrived
I didn't have the opportunity to dine there, but the whole hotel is beautiful.
It's "paid" parking as opposed to "free" parking. It's unclear but common hotel jargon
Woodruff Park is 0.6 miles away. It's 4 blocks south and 2 blocks west of the Hilton.
Nikolai
Yes, Nikolai's and Trader Vic's
It's a 30 minute walk down Peachtree St and right on John Portman if you take MARTA it will take longer.
Call and ask the hotel!
Next to the engines
They have it in front of the hotel. In fact they've shrunk self parking so if the hotel is busy it is your only option.
Some of their rooms are accessible friendly; afaik, you need to ask for it when making your reservation
Its not a sign to say you can't. So go for it.
Unfortunately the Hilton doesn't offer shuttle service at all. Uber and Lyft are my favorite alternative transportation options. And they usually come within 5 minutes.
Parking at this hotel has never been free in the 10+ years I've used it.
Take the Marta rail line. Drops you of at Peachtree Center a block away. You don't even go outside to get to the hotel, it's all skyway connected through the Marriott.
Well be mindful that this hotel in the downtown area of Atlanta so parking is not free in most places except if you get lucky. To park at the hotel we paid $28/ night. There maybe some other parking decks that charge less or charge more
