The property itself was great. The hotel and room were nice. Besides the sorry excuse for a pillow (read further), the hotel itself was as billed and excellent. But... The staff needs to cheer up. Every customer interaction we saw (including ours) was met with reluctance and disgust. They obviously did not want to be at work, and the guests suffered for it. I called 5 days in advance to confirm our room, and was met with a very unenthusiastic employee who said we were set for two queen beds as ordered. Upon arrival, we were given the wrong room, and politely asked what our options were. Another unhelpful employee told they were sold out and "could either stay in that room or go somewhere else." We opted to stay, but we had 4 lousy (and I mean terrible.. these things sucked) pillows for 4 guests. We asked for a couple more and were told they had none. Really? You mean a hotel has no backup pillows? Later that evening we decided we'd go swimming. The pool sign states they are open 6-11. But, the doors were chained up. Again, we asked politely why the pool wasn't open yet and they said "uhhh the hours are 11-8." At this point, I was frustrated and stated "well that's not what the sign says," to which I was told "we used to have a sign but someone took it down." Apparently this place has exactly one pillow per person and no one proactive enough to print off a sheet of paper to alert guests they've (very randomly) changed their pool hours. Finally at checkout, I was greeted with a smile and a hello for the first time, so I went to that employee's desk, but one of the rude employees cut the nice one off, called me over to her desk and made sure to send me off with a few final scowls for good measure.

Recently stay here while coming to Atlanta for a procedure I was having done. Michelle at the front desk was so nice and accommodating! She was able to help with my requests and made me feel as if I was home. Always greeted with a genuine smile! Chinise, who can in after Michelle, was just as warming. I had a few questions about the area and she was very helpful. These two really made this experience a great one from me. Most hotels offer the same, so it’s up to the employees to make a stay special and these two women did! The entire staff was nice and polite, the hotel was clean, and it was in a great location. 5 Stars

We had an incident when we stayed at this Hotel, where the room we were originally given did not have a shower curtain, so we were moved to a smaller room. Because of this situation, I wanted to come on here and write a scathing review of the hotel. However, the person working the front desk (Cynthia), went above and beyond to accommodate us. She took a shower curtain to the room we were originally in and installed it. She then moved us out of the room we had been moved to, and back into our original room. Cynthia was kind and professional the entire time, even when I knew we were frustrating her (We were, of course, quite upset about the situation. The room we were in was cooler, and had a microwave in it we needed to use). The property itself is very nice. The rooms are great. The guests..., but as good as everything else was, Cynthia definitely made our experience amazing.

The room, linens, bathroom was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The lady that was working at the front desk was very nice and hospitable. Parking was free. The bar/dining room was closed due to Covid. We did have to pay for a muffin and coffee downstairs but there is a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room plus a microwave downstairs. Computers and a printer to use if you need to. Very good location.
