This hotel is far to expensive for the quality of it. The staff was all extremely nice which was great. With that being said the rooms in the south tower were sad for the price we paid. The pillows were deceiving because the looked fluffy but went flat as paper once used. The bed itself was like sleeping on a rock. The bathroom looked cool and hip but has an old bath tub in it that would quickly become slick once used. The towels we received had someone's super great waterproof mascara stuck to them. When we arrive it was like every restaurant around us was closed for some reason so we decided we'd try room service and were applaud at how lack luster that option was. We chose this hotel for our anniversary hoping to relax and be a little extra for a few days. The hotel kinda killed the vibe for us. We could've stayed in a day's inn and had the same hotel experience.

I love the location for The Best of the South Basketball Tournament because all we have to do is walk straight through the hotel, to The World Congress Center. They pretty much had the best price for that immediate area. The bed was comfortable, I liked the shower, but the room wasn’t anything special. I was supposed to be in the North Tower, even at check in, the gentleman said North Tower, then proceeded to give me a room in the South Tower. What I don’t love is Valet service. The men are rude, they drive crazy with the vehicles & I have had damage 2 years in a row from this service. It’s too expensive, but at least I know my car is in half way decent hands. The restaurants are pretty good, but $30 for breakfast buffet is ridiculous. I understand they offer a lot, but I can’t justify paying that per family member. I did enjoy the 3 free drink cards for being a Gold Member & Concierge Staff was very nice. I was charged $10 from being charged the extra $100 per night for incidentals. I’m not sure what it was for & Staff could not tell me what it was for. All we did was sleep & shower in the room, due to being at basketball games all day.

The service at this hotel is some of the best I have had in Atlanta. Everyone at the hotel from the valet, front desk, restaurant workers to the concierge was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is extremely busy given its location and yet it never seemed like anyone didn’t have a minute for you or made you feel like they were put out. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I also left 2 items in the closet in my guest room and didn’t realize this until I was home. I figured, I was out of luck. I called the hotel and they located the items and have already sent them in the mail to me the very next morning. I highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back and staying here again.

This Omni is just sort of okay. Clean, friendly staff, nice location, etc. but any hotel should be those things at a fair price. This place is quite pricey for just meeting basic expectations. The pool is below the standards of a Holiday Inn or La Quinta. And the parking! $45 a day and the valet guys were not the friendliest bunch. I would think that for an $1100 room, they’d provide you a place to park. A Motel 6 provides this amenity by the way. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The value simply not worth the price.

Yes they are both connected to CNN food court. It's Omni Hotel, CNN, State Farm Arena.
Neither tower is very new. I have stayed in both since 2003.
No
Maybe a block away... Like next door close.
You are just steps away from the State Farm Arena. The Omni Hotel is within walking distance to the Arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium.
Pretty sure all have a balcony, inside or out. Prices vary check hotels. Com
I only drive and park here of in gong to an event. Which is rare. But i know Atlanta. Parking is about 15 20 bucks. It will change depend on the time. More on the evenings and go up $5.
Building has been there for a while 1972. Constant renovations since that time. I recommend the North Tower when booking
What Sean and Bradford said. The room was always clean; staff came in daily to make sure if any cleaning needed to be done or not.
Yes, even has a full size ironing board as well!💖
My view from the observation deck was amazing. I would assume there would be a nice view from any room considering you're so high up and the hotel is round
There is a train that goes west and you get in the first stop and then limps the one that goes to the airport that is south through Marta
No sir
Yes there is a drug store nearby on Forsyth st a cvs
Short walk away to MARTA Peachtree Center. Also recommend you get the MARTA phone App.
From personal experience, I would say it is very safe; however, always remember that your results may vary and exercise a healthy level of caution just as you would in any brightly lit area in the middle of a city. Safe Travels!
Website says 3p but sometimes can check in as early as 12 if the room is available
There are quite a few on multiple floors. They are behind the doors that say, "Ice". Be for-warned that its $2.50 for a soda.
The South Tower has 15 stories and the North Tower has 28.
The pool is located on level N6 in the north tower outside on the roof top it is an outdoor heated salt water pool
Taxis are right out front of valet, or ask valet desk ,and they helped me out.
There is a bottle of water in the room. If you have a certain level membership it is free. If you don't it is $5-6.
I would keep a log of all the calls you make (number called, time, date, who you spoke with, what they said) and if you dont get a resolution within a reasonable time frame, contact your bank or credit card company. Usually rhey can put a fire under the management better than you can.
Don't believe there is! Things change over time! Check with hotel
Best to walk through the Georgia World Congress Center if summer/hot. Use the meeting elevators to get to M-2 (if in north tower) and exit via towards the South, maybe .25 mile walk if that?
I got a shower only, but I'm sure they have rooms with tubs. They also have a spa on the 6th floor
No, breakfast is not offered with the room rent, but they have for purchase buffet and fresh cooked meals
It's pretty close. You can see it from the hotel. I'd say about a 15/20 minute walk or a short lyft ride away.
