I have to say my hat's off to your staff, mainly your night desk operator, and your next morning security personnel. That being said, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Econolodge. The bathroom in our particular room appeared to not have seen any cleaning supplies since COVID. Even though the room was listed as non-smoking, that was clearly NOT the case. On more than one occasion, there were fights and yelling, consuming of controlled substances, and children running about on all floors until well into the morning (4am). Needless to say, we didn't rest from the road very well, and had it not been a late hour, we would have eaten that cost, and went elsewhere. Again, your night and security staff were on point; our complaints lie mainly with the "other folks in other rooms".

My room was roach invested and the roof & air conditioner in the bathroom was falling out and I reported it to Kimberly and she wouldn't offer even a partial refund for such unacceptable living conditions. LOUSY manager and AWFUL customer service. I will NEVER spend one red cent at this motel ever again. I'd advise anyone to STAY AWAY from this slum motel. They should be cited for such unacceptable living conditions and it's easy to get sick at this place. No stars given whatsoever and this location should be CLOSED DOWN.

The place is so dirty, and people are noisy. The room they gave us smelled of cigarettes, the sheets even have cigarette burns. Aside from the room too small it is not well kept. We asked the front desk for another room but she ignored us. She is rude. The fire smoke alarm is not working, the internet is not working, the light in the room is flickering so we have to use the bathroom light. There are crumbs all over ...outlets uncovered. Very disgusting. Do not book this hotel.

Rooms are filthy. Can’t even walk on the floors, your feet will be black. Sheets not clean. Room service was terrible. Never came around to check on us. We were put in a tiny full size bed room when we had 5 guests. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Wouldn’t even give 1 star
