About what I expected for bed. Breakfast didn't happen. This location obviously had the equipment for preparing breakfast, but had roped off the continental breakfast area by the time I arrived with my family at 7:30, with no apparent intent to prepare food. Their to-go inventory of food was exhausted. So, no breakfast, period. I expect a stay at a Comfort Suites hotel to include breakfast. It's part of what I pay for. I cannot recommend staying at this location with the absence of breakfast.

Similar to more recent reviews, this place is very dumpy. We ended up staying the night with much concern. No one showered due to condition of shower. Also as stated is other comments only one towel was in the bathroom. The carpet was damp in front of the fridge from where the door was left open and the freezer defrosted. Would not stay here ever again

1st time..last time.. Hallway and elevator strong smell Marijuana. Room smelled..Room door had 3 holes in it like the cops did a no knock warrant. Bathroom commode rusted. Bathroom walls not completely finished. Light fixture visibly broken. I felt unsafe and checked out ASAP. I do not repeat do not recommend you stay here. Top it off my iron had tissue as a water stopper in it. I wanted a FULL REFUND BUT. YOU KNOW I Didn't GET IT.

Our stay was so awful, we cancelled the second night we booked for our return drive from Florida to book a different place. The room smelled awful. Stale cigarette smoke and/or a nasty air freshener to mask bad smells. The carpet hadn't been vaccumed and had small plastic bits from... something that we kept stepping on. Leftover food in the fridge. Stains on the bedding and curtains. Other people's hair in the sheets. The pool and fitness center were closed and there was no hot breakfast - even though both were included in the description. Thankfully, only one of us was brave enough to go in the shower because there was only one towel in a room booked for a family of four. One of the employees revved his car very loudly at 2am right under our window. (He was in a reserved space, which is how we knew he worked there.) Another employee just let himself into our room and seemed surprised to find guests there. (Thank God we were all dressed.) Do NOT stay here. I wish I'd read the ratings more closely. Hopefully you won't do what I did.
