Visiting Atlanta for conference I chose a stay at the Hyatt Hotel. The night after my stay I woke up to find some type of insects crawling all over the room. They were on the nightstand I went to the bathroom they were crawling up the bathroom walls, And also on the TV stand, The species of these insects are unknown to me I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance person up to spray and remove the insects. At that time I was offered a free breakfast and $50 off my stay

Amazing staff, clean rooms and delicious food. We were here for a Gala and awards ceremony that was hosted at this hotel so it was an amazing experience that will be a memory. I also love this location. The valet was a bit slow and unprofessional and smelled like weed on the day we were heading out and also tried to extort extra money from us. We consulted with the front desk and they confirmed that everything was paid for already and no balance. Other than that we had no complaints. Next time we are back in Atlanta we already plan to come back.

One of the few Hyatt Regency with an open Members Club...even more rare it was open on a weekend...thanks Very nice staff as well
