I don’t even want to give them one star but this Was worst experience I ever had in life with this hotel they are a scam I went to the check in reservation ask lady front desk about the hotel stay she told me look on line with Attitude then i told her never mind on the stay due to her ways of treat me then the next day wake up to them charging me 170 on my account for cancellation fee

For years I had wanted to rent a room here. I finally made the plunge. I have to say I was quite disappointed. I felt like I payed luxury hotel price and got motel 6 quality. There was a noticable what appeared to be a gum stain in the carpet. The spa tub had a panel that kept falling off. I'm not a picky person. I just felt like for the price the condition of the room should have been better.

Very disguised about Housekeeping stealing my coat and claiming they thru ouy my medications. Took 3 days to get this lie. I know Housekeeping stole my coat. When I come back next month, I will see for myself.
