Please read this if you are considering moving here. The only thing good about this apartment complex is the staff. Brittney is awesome and did everything to help us during our time living here. But I will say this was the worst place I have ever lived. The apartment itself was okay. But the complex was terrible. Dumpster is constantly overflowing everywhere. Pool has been unavailable all summer. All of the mailboxes are broken. And multiple AC units keep getting stolen. Also the people that live over here are just downright disrespectful. Blasting music, they don't pick up after their dog, leaving trash everywhere, etc. The list goes on and on. Corporate really needs to step it up with this place. I wish I was exaggerating but this place was a nightmare.

Ms.Madison was a huge help when it came to my move in. I was approved and even before that she made sure I understood everything from application to move in fees. When I did my walk through she had maintenance fix everything the same day I told her my problems. Thank you so much Ms.Madison!!!

For starters, I was rushing to find an apartment within this area to be closer to my employment. The two ladies at the leasing office showed exceptional professionalism and were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, they did not have any units available for me at this time. I did write my information down for them in case something comes available. The property has had some major upgrades since the last time I was here, and I am very impressed. I would definitely recommend visiting the leasing office and try to get an apartment there.

We have central Heat and Air Conditioning Units that are total electric. Our water heaters are also total electric and are located in each individual apartment home.

No but in some Upper Units the ceilings are very secure but tubs and floor are a little noisy so I advise not to bump or anything like that because it disturbs other residents
One or two hang out at night... other then that it a mostly quiet. Parking is fine we have a really good parking lot. In fact some areas are always empty.
