While we have been residents for coming up on 2 years, we just got our lease renewal letter for a 2bed, 1ba apartment and they increased rent $411. $2k for an apartment where there has been crime (me and my husbands cars were broken into by smashing the window, it happened to over 10 residents that night) and is sketchy at night to where I don't feel safe checking our mailbox or the package room, is crazy. Especially in 1 year, to a returning resident to go up that much.

(UPDATED) Used to be a good community, but over the past few years the community and management have really gone down. As many others have stated, many amenities do not work or are not accessible when you need them to be. The front gate is ALWAYS broken or malfunctioning (my car has been hit several times with no assistance from management). Having a malfunctioning gate or a gate that remains open is not safe and can allow anyone into the community. The mailboxes are constantly broken into and we’ve even had to go weeks without our mail being delivered due to the mail carrier’s master key being stolen. The trash compactor (which is the first thing you see when entering into the community) is a major eyesore! On a good note: the property has been doing a major renovation for the past several months which has made the community look a bit better, but reality is, these are NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS! They are simply OLD RENOVATED apartments with a luxury price! If you seek to live here, get a top floor unit as sound insulation is terrible and you will hear everything your neighbor does. Even on the top floor, you will still hear your neighbors underneath you walking around as the sound insulation in these units are non-existent! There is a train that runs behind the property but it’s actually quite enjoyable once you get used to it. For some it may be a problem, so be mindful of that. I know I can’t blame the increase of rent here due to the country’s inflation problem, but for what you’re getting here, it’s not worth it. Unless you’re from an area that has a much higher cost of living than Atlanta, these prices may be a steal to you, but for us locals, it’s forcing us to seek more affordable places to live. I miss The Pointe at Vinings!

It’s on a great location with everything you need a stone throwaway. A very safe place to live in. The apartments need to be upgraded for sure but they are very cozy. The patios are huge and the floors are wooden. Good place within budget to live in.
