Mold mold and more mold that they covered up with vinyl on the floors right before I moved in and now that I can see it coming from beneath since the floors are peeling, I know why my wife, 3 kids, and myself are always sick. No one seems to care at all. I hate to even leave a review but what else can I do? Pest control never comes to me even after setting up appointments, nothing gets fixed.

Where do I start??? Rent office never pick up the phone I been waiting on maintenance for about 3 weeks now for my issues! Management is just horrible! I really liked this place in the beginning but now seem like I'll be looking for another place to live soon!

San Plus Three

I have been dealing with maintenance issue for five months now and things still not fixed. Master bedroom still mess up so bad. I have been calling and email every week. Its crazy that i have been a resident out here for years and never dealt with anything like this. I just want my apartment list to be completed so i can enjoy my apartment with my three small children. The community is quite but other then that, its the maintenance for me. Its been six months and still no new refrigerator smh.
