Prior staff scammed my friend that stayed there. She’s been there since June of 2021. In May of 2022, the complex was bought by a new company. The new owners told her to pay using cashier check/money orders, & that they no longer accepted payments online. She’s been paying with money orders since May of 2022. In October of 2022, she got a knock from police stating that she had been evicted in May. She never received any eviction notice in May or any notices after. Also if that was the case why was she just NOW being told to get out, 5 MONTHS LATER. She asked if she could have a couple days to get her stuff together and find a new place. The staff member told her no she had to leave today and proceeded to take her belongings out her apartment and place them outside. He also told her a judge ordered this. Which is impossible because we NEVER received any documentation stating any of this. We had to wait for her mother to come and find a storage place nearby. Side note: The woman from the leasing office she was paying and the others that worked there with her were no longer working there. They were FIRED. They also told her there was no evidence that she had been paying her rent using money orders since May. They also couldn’t give her the name of the staff member who told her to pay using money orders. It seems to me that the whole staff knew about the scam going on here and is just trying to cover it up. This is a very sketchy apartment complex. This situation is VERY wrong and legal action will be taken. I advise ANYONE not to stay here and if you do to keep RECEIPTS of everything. Everyone working here needs to be FIRED and put in JAIL.

Grounds looked clean, seemed quite only compalint is the building numbers are not visible at night needs way more light too dark everywhere.

wouldn’t move here if it was the $300 a month. you wont get ur deposit back, walls thin and old none of the apartments are renovated lol just painted. Front office is a joke. trashy, gates never work, just do a drive through you’ll see. Go to Garden Wood apartments bigger better and more for ur money.
