I'm going to be as HONEST as possible. I knew my credit score was extremely low, that was a fact! But even wit such low score I had a (Guarantor) assistants. That's where someone Co-sign with you to offer their credit to support yours, and secure the property inquiry of tenants Understand at (R. James Properties, Inc) A.k.a Poplar Springs Apartments If you dnt have credit score above 600 your just donating $50 for application towards getting a rejection, and it doesn’t come with any email or phone call notification! They'll tell you apply online, the system gona freeze midstream, then withdraw the $50 fees. And when you reach out to office staffing, which by the way this is when (Property Manager) disappears! they'll take your info tells you to come in do a paper application, charges another $50 oh, and thats in moneyorder format then never call and give you no upfront confirmation! So now your charged $50 Appling online plus $50 more cause their system crashed and you gotta apply again with #3pg paper application plus another $50 if you have a (roommate) or (Guarantor) go ahead and add you $50 more to that And no! The property manager always seems to never be available once you start the application process, your left with office assistant. But either way, I'm Greatful for the behind the scenes experience! It's been my pleasure losing now $150 supporting to the R. James Properties, Inc a.k.a Poplar Springs Apartments 👍 P.s I left my info published publicly, no fake accounts here!!! Google me🧐

Can you please update your online payment system. This 21th century I do not have to leave my work earlier just to make payment for rent. I can order and pay online from oversea countries without problem. PLEASE UPDATE your payment system I gave one start to Popular Spring because of attitude its manager. On Oct 1, 2021, I went to pay my rent and asked her why my water has increase sharply, She said I do not leave with you to know. If you work with people, they may have questions about issues. It is responsibility of Popular Spring to train its workers to respect people and how to talk to people. I have feeling ok. nonsense!

I'm starting my 2nd year and my water bill keeps getting bigger and bigger. I have no washing machine, I don't cook, it's just me. I buy gallons of water to cook and wash dishes when I do cook. All I do is bathe, brush my teeth, wash my hands and flush the toilet. Set rate was $39 now it's $45 plus whatever water you use. 1 person shouldn't have a $54 water bill. House water bills aren't THIS expensive. All I can say is they're adding every unit together and dividing it by the number of units in the building cause AIN'T NO WAY I'm using this much water .

I moved my mom there about 2yrs ago and they were then. The ownership has changed since then and they are more " cooperate. I wouldn't recommend you moving there because of the new water billing system. The complex installed new water meters and started charging the tenants a water bill. Water initially was included in the rent at $30 a month.There have been so many problems since then. It climbed from $30 to $120 monthly for one elderly lady that I know personally. (I live on a 6 bedroom home and my water is not $120 in 3 months time.)After we called both Fulton and Clayton county to find out who the provider was they both said that the Complex was responsible for billing the tenants. It's ALWAYS a hassle when dealing with them about it. If you have other options I wouldn't advise you put yourself in that situation.

Michael greetings there! The community is great there are a lot of places you can eat and also visit. The apartment complex is quiet and calm. Popular springs apartment recently changed management and changes has been made for the betterment. As forth as your apartment size, I do believe it's only 600 squat feet.
