I was asked by Elizabeth to leave a review after only being here a month back in 2021. Boy, am I glad I didn't leave a review yet! The longer we stay here, the worse things get. When we started the process of moving in we had to for the unit's renovations to be complete. We were supposed to move in the 3rd week of September 2021. They kept pushing the move in date back due to renovations still not being done. By October 1st of 2021 we were finally able to move in and they literally tried to get us to pay for the 2 weeks we weren't even here, waiting on renovations!!! Once that was handled, we move in and we have the ONLY unit with the a/c in the window like a hotel!!! The current maintenance man told us it shoupdnt be there. We also didn't have hot water for about a week after moving in. They renovated, but didn't put in a new water heater!

Our window where the a/c unit has been put in has been leaking since we moved in over a year ago. The 1st time we complained about it Elizabeth told us it was due to the gutters not being cleaned. How the hell do the gutters have anything to do with rain getting in our window?!?!? So, supposedly, the staff at the time cleaned the gutters. Window still leaks! Also, there's been no one to clean the gutters in over 8 months. I saw where the water was coming from and it's due to the window a/c unit not being installed properly. This information was given to Elizabeth but, they insisted it was the gutters. We've been here 1yr and 1 month and although, the unit has been "re-sealed", IT STILL LEAKS!!! We were told by Elizabeth, after so many complaints, that our situation isn't a priority. We've had pools of water in our living room and kitchen. That seems like a priority to me. We have pictures and video of water in our apartment and management just doesn't seem to care.

This has been an amazing place to live. The staff here will help you with your living needs, to the maintenance needs. And other resources. Very good staff, that will listen to your needs, as long as you are honest when communicating with them. The complex is well taken care of, very peaceful. Been here for almost a year, now my experience has been worth the time, and it's a place I like to call home. It's not just my apartment it's my home 🏡
