I was super excited to sign my lease to move into my 2 bedroom at Park at Chastain. I went for a visit to view the property and look at the different apartment layouts and decided to apply online. I completed all of the necessary documentation needed and even confirmed twice with the leasing office that they had all documents needed to reserve the apartment. I called them the day before I was going out of the country to confirm (again) that they had everything they needed because I would not be able to communicate much while I was out of the country. They confirmed over the phone that they were completing my credit check and nothing was needed from me for a few weeks. I checked my email a few days later and they had sent me an email saying they wanted further documents that were never mentioned prior to the email and they were due by a certain time or else I would lose the apartment. I was unable to provide these since I was out of the country and they told me I would have to reapply and pay the current rate the apartment was listed at ($400 over what it was listed at when I had it reserved just days before). They refused to honor the rate I had signed to, so I told them I would not be signing but would appreciate a refund from the application fee since the miscommunication was on their side and I had provided all necessary documents to sign to the apartment. They told me they would not give me a refund. I've lived in four different apartment building and have never experienced this lack of miscommunication and professionalism. This was extremely disappointing and this entire process was very frustrating. The leasing office never even apologized or tried to help me in any way.

What an outstanding group of people who work here!!! I moved all the way from CO to GA and was greeted by the kindest folks ever.. They made sure that everything was great with my apartment. The neighbors here are amazing as well. We have a new turf dog park with lights that my dog loves. We also connect on the GroupMe app to let our dogs play during lunch or after work. The newly upgraded apartments are gorgeous and you get more square footage for the price than what I had in Colorado. I am very happy with where I chose to pick my new home especially deciding long distance. Definitely 5 star service!!
