Core is a beautiful community, the office team is friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick to fix things in my home. I chose to live here because of the service I received compared to other communities in the area. Some neighbors don’t respect the community but the management team is quick to respond to issues when I report them. I see security actively walking the property day and night. It’s a good value for the rent price. I’m looking forward to the next resident event! Other reviews don’t line up with my experience here.
