Very busy. But Shrewsbury Street is fairly long, so depending on if you are ok walking 5 or 10 minutes back to the park? A lot of people will watch from their parking spot on the side of the street/sidewalks.

They haven't announced yet for the 2019 summer season, you'd want to check online probably in June. Typically, it's open for the summer (June 21 to September) but you'll want to verify that once they announce the open date for 2019. I imagine you could also call the DPW and inquire with them.
