Inaccurate estimate of job led to them being undermanned in afternoon. They accidentally broke a glass table top before they even took it off the table to move it. They explained that the person leaned on the center and it broke. It was a custom cut thick glass top that probably cost $250. I wasn’t upset or anything because they assured me they would take care of it and make it right. After almost 2 months after move date I contacted the office (that took several attempts and many voice messages). The manager stated that we were not covered for the damage and they can only give us 60 cents per pound for the broken glass!! Even though the mover broke it himself before it even left the house!! Wow, they are willing to ruin their reputation for less than $200!! Do not recommend!
