Our family had gotten into a bad car accident while sitting at a stop light an SUV rear ended us at full force because the driver dropped something and took her eyes off the road and didn't realize it was a red light, she rammed us at full force. Immediately after the car accident with a family member's suggestion on seeking out a lawyer. I went ahead and searched for local lawyers and found The Accident Guys in reading their reviews I went ahead a contacted them. The initial process was very quick and a lawyer contacted us that very same day, as soon as the next day we were getting treated for our injuries. We were assigned a caseworker named Dana, she was very helpful and friendly but the process seemed to slow down at point within a month of treatments, we needed MRIs and other pain management treatments but it was taking 6 weeks and more at a time to get approvals from their offices, we finally just decided to close our case to put it behind us. Joseph took over our case to close it, he was a huge help to us in handling our case, it was not a quick process but it was a lot more timely than getting the treatment approvals from Dana our case manager. Accident Guys are helpful in settling your accident case, I would recommend them to others but will also let people know it is a process and not to expect things to happen quickly.

Getting rear-ended on the freeway was a scary and painful experience. But, I was glad I called The Accident Guys. This was my first time working with an attorney, so I must admit I was skeptical at first. However, from the get-go, they emphasized the importance of taking care of everything and letting me focus on healing from my injuries. They acted as the 'quarterback' of the case, communicating and organizing with me, the insurance company, and medical providers. I was pleasantly surprised with the conclusion of the case. They organized great medical treatment for my injuries and advocated for me to get the best settlement possible. Although I sincerely hope I'm not involved in another accident, if I were, I would call The Accident Guys.

No. Unless you are at fault for more than 50% of an accident, your rates will not go up.
Yes. We do not charge anything up front and only get paid at the end of the case if we win. The Accident Guys understand that accidents tend to happen when we least expect them, often leaving our client’s wondering how they can afford to handle their case as it comes up. It’s for this very reason The Accident Guys don’t charge anything up front. Our clients don’t pay any money for their case unless we’ve won.
Yes. The majority of the time claims get resolved before a lawsuit needs to be filed. Whether you pursue your claim or not, the at-fault party's premiums will increase after an accident. Therefore, if you do not pursue your claim, the insurance company gets to collect the premiums without having to pay on a claim.
We always suggest you get your car out of the tow yard ASAP. Tow yards and junk yards charge an astronomical amount per day to store your car. Sometimes liability is not clear so you don't want your car in the tow yard until liability is established. Sometimes the other party has a small policy and may not be able to cover the repairs, towing charges, rental charges and storage charges. If you have collision coverage, we recommend you get your insurance company involved and have them handle your property damage.
Yes. Some insurance companies will set you up with a rental car. Some others will have you pay for the rental and will reimburse you the amount of a comparable car. If you have rental coverage through your insurance company, you can also get a rental car through them.
Every case is unique, and the length of a case often depends on how serious your injuries are and how it takes you to get better. Once you are cleared by a doctor, then negotiations with the insurance company can begin.
Yes. Not everyone who comes to our firm in need of assistance has health insurance, and that’s okay. If you were injured in an accident, The Accident Guys can set you up with a local doctor that will treat you on a personal injury lien. This means the doctors do not receive payment until your case is resolved, and you don’t pay anything up front for your care.
No. The insurance company of the at-fault party is not entitled to a statement from you. Do not provide them with any information they could, and likely will, use against you. It’s always best to let an attorney handle all negotiations and communication with the at-fault party’s insurance company.
The size of your accident isn’t what matters to us - it’s your health and medical needs that we are concerned about above all else.
