Vicki was our host, she had hurt her back and could hardly walk, however that didn't stop her from showing us a great time, we had a super good lunch, the chef needs to be complimented. Vicki showed us several units, storage, pool and garden areas. Over all it was a fun day and Vicki could not have been nicer. If we make the decision to move, it'll be to the Chateau. Thanks again for having us. I'm sorry, I sent this in and forgot to mention Nicole, who helped Vicki. Nicole is very knowledgeable and answered many of our questions. She is a great asset to your team. She has a cute sense of humor, which I liked. Our only concern was when we arrived the lady that signed us in was a bit cool and told us to sign in...we had no idea how to use the sign in machine, and then she just told us to wait for Vicki, we had no seats so we went outside and waited...your greeter needs to be a bit more friendly. 5 stars! Greg made my Grandmas time at The Chateau top notch. We had moved her several times and found The Chateau. If we ever had a concern or problem or question , anything, Greg handled it. It is a rare thing today with most putting things off. Not Greg at the Chateau. If you are thinking of the next step for a loved one, you should be confident with The Chateau. It is beautiful inside, great staff and I never hear compaints!

I don't kno much about the money end of this, except that these offerings are generally pricey. We learned this during the search for a home for my wife's mother (age 88) and truly could not have installed her here without her social sec to pay the majority of cost... sorry to see the poor report, we kno these things do occur.. still, we visit the Chateau every other week (for nearly a year)to see my mom in law... It has always been an all round happy experience. It is very clean and well kept and the outside grounds are beautifully manicured.They (the staff) care for her in a genuine way. They provide a bed in her apt for my wife anytime she needs to stay a night or more with her, we can eat with her in their dining room merely by sitting down at table, and she is always happy to return there to her friends after we take a drive together. They merit our thanks, r Freese ps.. my wife just called them for help and they are sending a maint man to her apt right now to check her tv reception. :)
