Today is 9/18/21 and I will no longer rent from Penske due to the overboard mask and distancing mandate inside the rental office. My decision is probably not popular but it’s time to stop the nonsense.

Great friendly staff. 1 star removed just because their reefer diesel trucks leave a little more to be desired. 1 truck I rented, the cab A/C had went out mid trip, and in 100+ degree weather. Another truck I rented at a later date felt like it was going to rattle itself to death at freeway speed of 55 MPH lol. But other than that not a bad place to do business

I was just here yesterday renting a truck to move my stuff to my new apartment in Murrieta (Hallelujah!! Thank you Jesus!) and the customer service was awesome and the truck was super clean (smelled nice too) and the quality of the truck was as great as the service!

Are you kidding, these guys are the best, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, it's a culture there that probably comes down from the top management. I've been renting there for 10 years and had great experiences, even if we did hit a bump in the road so what, we don't live in a perfect world, so far everything has been right on. Much better than the other options in Temecula. Had an emergency one day, on the weekend had to use U haul, they raped our small farm for $375 for a 1 day rental, will never go back to them. They laughed and said that demand was high and that was their price. Go Penske!
