Ray Brown is an amazing dude!! He is very efficient and informative. Zero pushiness at all. He went over the entire bike with me and really took the time to answer all of my questions. I LOVE my new Aventon Aventure ebike. My first ebike!! I’m a big dude at 6’4” and 330lbs and it holds my weight comfortably! I recommend Bicycle Warehouse and Mr. Ray Brown for all your bike needs!! Ray was terrific advising me on the right mountain bike and accessories for my riding style. I told Ray I had not rode in decades, so he invited me to ride with him. He gave great advise during our 17 mile ride. I'm looking forward to riding with him again and have him assist me the next time I'm at Bicycle Warehouse.

Hello, Thanks for reaching out about our Covid practices. Each morning before opening all of our stores wipe down our primary surfaces with sanitizing spray. We limit the number of people in the store (generally to 5 depending on the size of the store you visit). Our team wears masks and we require our Guests to wear them as well. I had a flat last weekend and took my ebike in. I fixed it myself there thankfully because I was 12 miles from home. They have a sign on the door that says because of covid they are only working on bike brands they sell. Hopefully you have a brand they sell. I would call and ask first. I believe the que is 2 weeks.
