Unfortunately, I’ve been a resident at Lakeview Towers in Baltimore for over 2 years.  A decision that I’ll forever regret. Watkins security staff are beyond unprofessional, disrespectful, full of confusion and cares nothing about their job or the residents. It’s 367 units and all 4 of the elevators are out of service. Security has to operate the elevator, in which they continue to break them by forcing it open and shut, which is a huge inconvenience for the residents. Sgt. Warren conducts himself in the most disgusting manner by gossiping about everyone in the building, including management. He is very confrontational, disrespectful, rude and keeps lot of drama going with the residents. Whenever, I address certain issues he says, “Why don’t you just move out. We don’t want you here anyway”. He has even made threats towards me and tried to fight me forcing me to dial 911 and he is still employed by Watkins and remains at Lakeview Towers.

I reside at Lakeview Towers in Baltimore, which the security staff is from Watkins. I am so frustrated with security lack of respect for the residents, laziness, untidiness, egotistical behavior and malicious and intentional acts towards the residents. Their security staff is the worst by far. Sgt. Warren is the worst security supervisor I’ve ever met. He refuses to allow residents up on the elevator because of his own personal feelings towards them and encourages his staff to do the same. They ignore the phone when residents attempt to call the front desk for assistance and whenever they decide to answer their frustrated, irritated and hostile. They even go as far as blocking the residents phone number so they can’t get through, which is unacceptable and a violation. Sgt. Warren is a very confrontational person, which is unfortunate. His lack of respect and professionalism is beyond appalling. The security staff poor behavior puts the residents in challenging and unsafe situations. The security staff should conduct themselves professional at all times. Watkins really needs to get rid of the bad apples at Lakeview who are poor representatives of their company.
