Everyone that I called thru the customer service line to get help was rude with the exception of Gabriella. I ask to speak with a manager and due to the manager speaking with another customer my call was ended. Products stop working when you are in dire need. There’s no communication between the company and any of the pharmacies. I was told they couldn’t call the pharmacy because the pharmacy didn’t approve that. I refilled a generic, without showing insurance, at a price far less than the same generic at a pharmacy even with insurance. I paid cash. The medicine was the same as I have used before and it worked for me the same as the same, previous medicine that I used. Five stars is well worth it for Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

It says made in India. Sorry, but I’ve been told to avoid meds made there. They use dangerous fillers in their medications. I’m having my prescription switched!

I received mail order (cigna) rabeprazol from lupin and have relapsed from severe gerd ever since. I told my husband I feel off my meds and researched to find horrible reviews Good job! I have filed a complaint and my pills are being tested.
