**domestic violence approved tonight my boyfriend assaulted me by time I had got out the room escaped to the lobby the hotel staff sided with the abuser I felt the men were teaming up against me. I Asked to have the police called because he was black they refused and tried to trespass me. This hotel was the worst stay in Buckhead. Be careful ladies u might end up by missing.

Marriott needs to reevaluate the price point in this property. The King rooms are on the smaller side with very dated, uncomfortable furniture. Room was very musty, had to buy febreeze to use in the room. Shower was on the level of a 2006 Holiday Inn express. Two stars for staff attentiveness and quality of restaurant food.

This is by far the worst 5-star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My complaints: - First room I was given smelled so much of smoke I coughed immediately upon opening the door - When I went to use the phone in the first room to call down and request a new room, I discovered the lamp next to the phone didn’t work - New room has a mediocre bathroom at best. Incredibly small tub, takes forever for the water to warm up, water pressure almost non-existent, and the toilet paper roll holder is broken - Marriott’s Connect My Device feature does not work in this hotel - Rooms do not have coffeemakers and fridges except upon request and no mini bar - Sound attenuation is horrible; can head my neighbors frequently - Door does not reach the floor so the sound and light from the hallway bleeds in at all times - Door lock does not work - Door did not have a privacy/do not disturb sign - The requested fridge is fine but clearly the outlet is not meant for it because it dims the lamps - Room service has very limited hours - Front desk/bellhops do not deliver packages; you have to go to the lobby to get them If you don’t have experience with 5-star hotels maybe this one could be right for you, but if you’ve ever stayed at an actually nice luxury hotel, you will be surely disappointed.

Just spent four days at the Whitley. Club level is the same great experience - best breakfast buffet in town as well as snacks all day and nightcaps. Club staff left us champaigne in our suite and made us a cake to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The fireplace was removed before the rebranding, but was replaced with a vibrant bar area. Rumor is that a new fireplace is planned. We asked about the upcoming renovation and were assured that the Club will remain with the new design. Staff has been carried over and saw many familiar faces. Looking forward to seeing the decor after the renovation.
You need to call because the Ritz is closing and is being renamed.
Know the Creed and be persistent and consistent be all that you can be and do it all with the servant's heart another then that there's no guarantee but at least you know you tried
No. Hotel shuttle stays within 2 miles of hotel but they will pick you up from Buckhead train station which is direct shot to & from airport.
I'm at at The Whitley regularly but did not notice the last Friday I was there, about a month or so ago
Phone ahead. I'm pretty sure they can assist further.
