Rooms could use some updating. My room had some issues in which the staff immediately tried to address. Heavy Marijuana smell at night at the entrance of hotel. Parking a little steep considering there is no other alternative choices. Overall my room was clean, spacious and served my purpose while staying.

BEWARE WHEN BOOKING FOR SPECIAL EVENTS & ROOM BLOCKS!! I booked several suites at this venue in March 2022 for my bridal party to stay the night before my wedding. I was told that we could stay in two of the suites until 3 PM so the bridal party and I could get ready before heading over to the ceremony venue. Just before 3, we called a bellman to assist us with removing all of our personal items from the rooms. Since the ceremony was a 1 min walk away, we decided to take first look photos and bridal party photos in common areas around the hotel. At 5:45 we walked from the hotel lobby to the venue. Unbeknownst to me, the hotel noted that I did not “check out” until 5:45 even though all of my belongings were removed from the rooms at 3 (with the assistance of their staff) and my party was in the lobby with all their belongings. NEVER have I been charged for using common space in a hotel past check out. In fact, it seems common practice for guests to wait in a hotel before/after a reservation. Because of this, I was charged an additional night on both suites totaling nearly $1000. Following my wedding, I was shocked to see the additional charges. For 3 months I called and emailed the hotel and spoke to multiple people regarding the situation - I even shared photos of me and the bridal party completely dressed in the common areas with hotel management to show that we spent time after we were dressed in the hotel but not the rooms. Sometimes I was told the charge would be refunded but then I would call back and they would say they changed their minds - this has been so frustrating and now their staff won’t respond to my emails or return my calls. What a way to spoil the memory of my wedding and a terrible start to our new life together nearly $1000 in the hole because this hotel refuses to make this wrong right. It seems extremely greedy and I would warn anyone who has been given special privileges at this hotel to be careful because they may not honor pre-approved requests. I had several other guests staying at this hotel, had I known they would be so greedy as to charge for me for something I did not use (and would not inform me either) I would have booked at the brand new hotel directly across the street.

This is a terrible hotel. Staff is terrible, no one answers at front desk, rooms are out dated, etc. Spend your money else where
