I went here to get my first trike. Tim was very patient, discussing trikes with me and set up several trikes for me to test ride in the parking lot. This was during the pandemic and he advised that there would be a 6 month wait to get the bike I wanted. I asked him what other options I might have in a bike to accommodate my small size (5'), and he gave me several makes and models that would suit me. Luckily, I was able to find one of these in stock locally. 7 months later, I needed a faster trike. Again he spent time discussing the options, including battery assist, and I ordered my 2nd trike through him. He again took a lot of time fitting the bike to me and answering all my questions, before, during and after the purchase was complete. It is obvious that Tim has a passion for ensuring that he identifies and meets your needs. From start to finish, he has been a friendly and helpful guide. Highly recommend.

11/2021 Back to buy a new bike, this time the Cruzbike S40. After several phone calls talking about 2 wheel options, I decided on the S40, and after a week, I couldn't be happier! Thanks Tim! 11/2018 Outstanding knowledge of all things recumbent. Over the course of 2 visits and 4 hours, Tim Segard patiently answered all my questions, once well past closing time. A first for me, taught me how to ride a 2 wheel recumbent bike. I drove 6 hours round trip, twice, and I will do it again! Highly recommended!
