Valet parking staff great. Front desk great. Bar and restaurant ok at best. My disappointment was in the room, I found it to be very small for the request for a king size, no microwave, bed was ok, needed box springs, wasn't as clean as other Marriott's, I only stay at these locations.

The hotel charged me a mandatory 200 dollar incidental fee when I checked in on top of the 830 I paid for 4 nights. You have 2 options for parking: self park for 24 dollars every time you leave the garage or a 38 dollar a day vallet parking with the hotel. I was surprised because that was not clearly explained when I booked my room. Breakfast is not included. The restaurant in the hotel is room charge only. Finally, my room was only serviced once. When I requested to have my garbage taken out, they dumped the garbage can into a giant black garbage bag and left it in my room. They also left the dirty towels. I’m very disappointed. I will never stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it to a friend.

Service was awful. Paid for my room online but upon arrival they charged my card two more times for additional rooms. The manager on duty reversed them but said no way to provide a letter from the hotel to my banks stating these were done in error by them. The following week I called and got a day manager Todo so but damage has been done. I have overdraft fees in my accounts and bounced a bill. Yet no offer of any form if apology was provided. This is the worst experience I've had ever with a Marriott and I'm flabbergasted at how they handled the situation.

I stayed here about a year ago & absolutely loved it!! ...so much that I kept extending!!! Now a year later, I moved to the A, but am still gonna book a room for a few nights just to get out of the house. Working from home can get cabin fever'ish.
