I was able to quickly book a room on a night with tons of airline cancellations. The room was small, but met all my needs and was clean. Housekeeping responded fairly quickly when I requested toiletries that were missing. The shuttle runs 24/7, and the drivers are very nice.

Visited Atlanta, GA last week for a mini-vacation with family. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The room was clean and fresh. Big windows with lots of natural light. Check-in wasn't too bad, a bit of a wait, just one person checking in. Desk staff seemed a bit tired, and no basic information was given on restaurant hours, convenience store, or Covid-19 procedures for room cleaning. But we figured it out. The restaurant that is open for lunch is overpriced and offers only a select menu of sandwiches and pizza. No real instructions were given again on the restaurant process. Found out after standing in line, that a form must be completed to order food. Received instructions from the host (no signage anywhere telling you that the restaurant has a form that must be completed) to go see "the lady sitting near the bar." Did that, she was on the phone, and didn't want to be bothered, was very short, and pointed to forms on the bar and said, "forms are over there, go fill one out." And that was that. Placed the order for a $25.00 chicken sandwich which was lukewarm with a complimentary bottle of water and chips. So, we just didn't go back to any of the restaurants during our stay. Although the young man who brought the food was very nice and helpful. Other than the restaurant, I would stay at this Westin location again. The shuttle service is great and the location is very convenient and accessible to my planned destinations during my stay in Atlanta. The "staff" did not affect my mood one bit. I had a great time in Atlanta! However, the manager could remind the staff to smile, be polite, and be courteous. Act like you love the Westin and share what you have to offer with the guests.

Hotel room was nice, clean and smelled very good. Hotel staff was nice. Beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great. Amenities were good the gym was super nice and large. One interesting thing was that the pool was super cloudy I am guessing it was maybe not yet quite open for the season?

Positive: The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Food wasn¿t available and we had to purchase the last few items from the convenience store in the hotel. The staff member helped us get water, utensils and ensured we had what was needed to prepare it. Negative: It was not easily identified that the shuttle didn¿t pick up from the international terminal. I ended up spending $25 on a taxi to avoid dragging my family through two shuttles and waits for them after our long journey.

Hotel has its regular hotel transportation to n from airport u just need to verify times at front desk at hotel
The hotel does need a refresh. Carpet, paint, and decor
There are 10 floors of rooms. It's huge.
