I recently got a sweet at the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. He booked us in and when we got to our room we noticed that the AC was not working. After dropping off our bags we went back down and talked with him and he told us that maintenance was going to look at it. “There shouldn’t be a problem with it despite the AC being out in the entrance way and the hallways were a little hot.” I thought we would of gotten another suite but didn’t. We got a lift to our concert and when we got back after midnight the room was cool but we could not take a shower! The hot water was stuck on so that you could not lower the temperature to prevent you from burning yourself. We let the front desk know but couldn’t get a maintenance person to look at it. We left the hotel without getting cleaned up. Also the room was dated, wall paper was falling off, and ants in the room. To sum it up, we spent a lot of money for a bed and couldn’t use the shower. Not giving it a one only because the front staff and the bar tender were very friendly.

Brittany welcomed me on arrival and her presence and customer service level was through the roof! I'd come back just because of her accommodations on such a short notice. Actually, the whole staff was professional! The bartender, servers, everyone! In turn, the customers also reflected happiness which caused the whole atmosphere to have a enchanting aura! The hotel, was easy on the eyes and cozy to relaxed in! The cleanliness was impressive.

The hotel itself was very nice. My room was clean and spacious. I had no issue with the room. My complaint is customer service. Upon arrival on 3/19, I was told that my room was not ready and to come back 30-45 mins. I waited a little over an hour to come back. The lady at the front desk said that she was looking for me to let me know it still may not be ready. She told me to wait while she checked with housekeeping. Finally! A ready room. I told her I paid for an balcony. Her response was I need to call who I booked with because they don’t have anymore available by this time I’m really annoyed and she has an attitude as well. A courtesy call would have been nice to let me know my room would not be ready.

Room was okay and check in was simple. The staff however are uninformed and rude. The only decent staff member was the bartender. The front desk is ran by people that don’t care to learn about the policies of their own workplace. It was extremely frustrating checking out; I was not given a receipt nor did I receive an email about checkout until several Business days later. They also placed a hold on my card for over 2 weeks even though I had payed in full before arriving. Only go here if there are no other decent options.

I remember them charging about 25 dollars for incidentals daily. I booked with a debit card and through a third party(Expedia)so they put additional "holds" on my account to make sure they got paid. This was annoying and inconvenient and they took about a week to fall off of my account.
If it has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it, absolutely yes. If not, I would reccomend contacting the hotel directly.
I pay with a credit card and there was a small hold on my card and was released in 48 hrs .. like 25.00 maybe..its a great place to stay!
Right across the street there is a restaurant Steak 101 and Seafood. Very nice ambient!!
