Great peaceful area, quiet neighbors, clean apartments and grounds and friendly staff.

This apartment is horrible. Firstly, if you have any valuables nail them to the floor. The maintance staff likes to go into your apartment while your not there. Secondly they complain about every noise and smoking in YOUR own apartment. On top of leaving letters inside my apartment (while im away of course) about noise, Melrose Apartments said i had to move and i had only been there 4 months. On top of that they made sure it was under 6 months of telling me i had to MOVE so they could KEEP MY $2500 DEPOSIT. This place is basically useless. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
