The floorboards are so thin, that you can hear every step your neighbor takes in the apartment above. It is absolutely nerve-wracking. Especially when you have a manic-depressive upstairs who can't sit down. The electrical outlets are ancient, and normal appliances, like a vacuum cleaner, will blow a fuse. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Update: I had peace & quiet for months after the old upstairs neighbor moved out, but now I have a brand new nutcase that just recently moved in. She's a tiny little thing that paces day and night. She walks in circles in the bedroom, sometimes for 9 hours straight. Then she moves to the livingroom & paces/rocks on the rotted floor boards nonstop. The other night she walked for 13 hours straight. I bumped into her at the front door one day & she started complaining about the noise in the apt above her, so I nicely brought up her noise. She smiled & said that wasn't her...okay...must be the ghost of Christmas past. I've lived here many many years, and had no intentions of moving, but now I know I have to if I don't want to have another stroke. It's a shame. I love living near Pennypack Park with all the beautiful birds & animals outside. :(

I lived there for 17yrs and life was good. When ever I call rose 🌹was a rose🌹 always willing to help in any kind of way she could. Tacattie head of maintance was all ways there. I miss them all. I miss my home everyday.

I've been living more than a year, the place is very nice to live , clean , silent, actually no bugs and mice, quick service. Especially Rose and Sheila are friendly and polite at the office . Highly recommended!

You can say your dog is a service 🐕, very easy goto a doctor tell them you have depression which they can't prove if you don't, and get a note saying you need an esa, ( emotional support animal) i have my hands in the company and personally deal with the property. It's your right. Use it!

Included with your rent are your monthly water charges, off-street parking, intercom entry system, beautifully landscaped grounds and snow removal. Unfortunately, we do not have a pool. You may have a cat!

As far as I can remember, I dont think those are allowed. However, i have not lived in the apartments in almost two years, so ask around. I remember small perts like hermit crabs a dfish were allowed though
