I don’t recommend living here! We moved in a year ago. The first few days after we moved in, we did not have our fridge or stove due to “shipping” no accommodations were made for the apartment not being ready in time for us. Half of the time the washer and dryer had problems and we’re unusable and half the time the office wasn’t open the full listed hours so we couldn’t refill the laundry card if we wanted to. Had to use a laundromat for most of the year. To use the “amenity” of the pool, is an additional fee per person. They often do not give the typical 48 hour notice of entry. 2 weeks ago we were given less than 24 hour notice that they were coming in with an exterminator. The process to end the lease after one year is convoluted and if the renter is not careful, it works out very nicely for the management. Our next door neighbor often has guests who smoke cannabis and cigarettes often wafting into our apartment. Couldn’t even open all the windows because half of them were missing screens. One neighbor in our parking lot (different building, same lot) fed and cared for a colony of stray cats that lived under our building. We told management about this MANY times and no action was taken. Stray cats running towards your open car door, open apartment door, hissing all the time. Also evie and the other employees in the management office are rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend you live here.

I currently live at bluegrass estate, yes the rent is affordable but I guess that’s the price you pay to deal with wall problems. My bed room wall has been leaking water inside of the room every time it rains and it’s causing the wall to crack and look disgusting and mushy, I also had to deal with mold growing inside of my air conditioner and around one of the light switches in my room, and also had a problem with my bathtub. Maintenance did come and to check the mold around the light switch and told us that it was finger prints, which it wasn’t and everyone will agree once they look at the picture. I Also had to deal with the downstairs neighbor complaining to the office about noise in the morning or afternoon and also on weekends.I’m sorry you work night shift maybe you should change your schedule. Anyways I’ve filed a few maintenance orders and yes they came and fixed my bathtub but still have yet to fix the problem with my wall and just keeps pushing it back every time. Maybe posting this review will make them work a little more efficient.

I rented from this company because rent was affordable which was great since it was my first apartment. I did not care for Michelle in the office. She’s low key slick in the mouth and I didn’t appreciate that. Maggie was cool in the beginning until an incident with Karen from another unit occurred. Karen in the next unit worked weird hrs. Now listen I get she had to be up at 4am, but I too used to work a night shift and didn’t tell ppl to be quiet because it’s daytime and I need sleep. I adjusted because I was on a different schedule than everyone. Any who at 8pm Karen from next door expected me to be quiet so she can sleep. Next thing I know Karen knocked on the wall while I’m on the phone. So I knocked right back because I was not in violation of noise disturbances. I was in my bedroom having an amazing conversation with my good sis. So Karen reported me and guess what…Maggie had the audacity to tell me to not speak on the phone in my bedroom because the lady could hear me. Yaw I was like ert…if Karen is interested in paying my rent then I’d gladly speak elsewhere in the apartment. Needless to say I left that place soon as my lease was up and moved on to better. No Karens where I currently live and I love it.
