As a parent, the location of this building is much better than others for safety and convenience. The apartments are very large and have huge windows. Many common spaces in the building too. Almost akin to being in a dorm. I'd highly recommend !

The rooms have no windows, lights, or ventilation. The whole building smells bad. The ventilation sucks. I had to walk like a quarter of a mile to get to my apartment from the building's entrance. There was a large hole in the wall of the hallway that took over a month to be repaired. Neighbors were unbearably loud due to the ridiculously thin walls. There was no privacy at all, I could hear my roommates talking in their rooms while I was in my room. Multiple of my packages went missing after they arrived. The people who work there are kind and helpful, and the gym is decent. Don't live here.

Okay apartments but mail often doesn't get to you, especially if it is a greeting card that has money in it.
