We haven’t moved in (yet) however received a tour today from Rosa who was absolutely amazing. Not only would she quickly reply via email but was able to quickly reschedule a tour I had previously cancelled. When you confirm a tour, a courtesy reminder is sent to you via text which is also nice and professional. When we arrived, she was waiting outside, very professional with a welcome folder. She showed us the apartment which was newly renovated with nice paint and appliances. She also showed us the grounds, which were beautifully maintained. Additionally, she answered all our questions, which were many. She was very patient and honest. This property is very lucky to have someone with her personality, level of professional and knowledge.
