It’s unreal how as I came into the review section someone also commented bad on the front receptionist. My aunt has recommended this place on several occasions and I was looking forward to making an appointment. I know not all centers accept certain insurances so I wanted to check in to ask. The lady was absolutely rude and sounded over it. I understand it’s a holiday and everyone has bad days. But that is NOT the customers or potential customers fault. Therefore, I will be looking for another facility and will never come back here. There should definitely be a talk with whoever is in the front as there was a few comments regarding the front staff only. Highly disappointed.

Whoever is the receptionist was from 11:25am to 11:40am on October 10th 2022 was incredibly rude. As someone who has never been to this place and was trying to be a new patient I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND!!!!!!! if just from a phone call they’re being already rude. She had the audacity to hang up on me as I was asking a few questions I didn’t understand because this is my first time trying to get an eye exam with this office. I hope you don’t treat your future patients with such disrespect in person or over the phone.
