Horrible service. I arrived at 7AM. Was assigned number 1. Thirty minutes later they still had not called me back. One patient came out during that time. They said I had to have an appointment. THERE WERE NO OTHER PATIENTS. UNBELIEVABLE INCOMPETENCE. This is not the first time I have experienced terrible service from this location. WILL BE SWITCHING TO LAB CORP. CANT BE WORSE THAN THIS

The lady with the name Reina is incredibly rude and disinterested in what she does. If recommend staying away from this place.

This is the worst place to go for the drug test. The short arrogant woman Reina and the man Immanuel are totally unprofessional, rude, insulting and arrogant to the patients. When I went there for the drug test , they took me in for the drug test screening few minutes before their lunch break from 12 to 1 pm , and when it was almost 12 , both of them literally kicked me out of the place asking me to come back again after 1 pm. While I was a patient of Immanuel , this short lady but very tall attitude and arrogance was litterally shouting in my ears from behind , because it was their lunch break. She literally jumped on me. Same thing happened when I came back after lunch break. I raised this matter to their customer care and to the local manager Fernando R Sanchez , but they did not do anything. The intvestigation was a joke, they tried to cover up their fraud , arrogant employees Reina and Immanuel. Looks like Fernando and the rest of the management does not know whats happening on ground and have not read the reviews of their jersey city fascility.
