I would give this place a negative star if I could. Public hours are until 7 pm, they want to close it at 6:45, which is fine. But they close the entry gates according to the convenience of whoever is at the front gate. Sometimes before 6:45, sometimes wayyyyy before 6:45. You have a rented place with them with a contract, but they pretend like they "own" your stuff. Pathetic. This place deserves to be called out for bad customer services, and pathetic attitude of front desk staff. Copying photo here which clearly states 'no access AFTER 6:45', but please feel free to work around the whims and fancies of the whoever is at the front desk and whenever they want to close the facility and pretend to own your stuff
