Don't bring your family member here. My mom is on hospice and was there recently and she came home worst than she was before she left for respite care. This company needs to be reported and looked at for neglect and be re-evaluated for their neglect. I've worked hospice for 15 years and this isn't the care that should be provided. LEGAL ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN!

Update: They contacted me to take the comment down off of google and when I refused the operator was extremely rude saying that I need to take it down because they have resolved my issue, but they did nothing of the sort. I had to evict her which costs hundreds and place the lady with a long term friend the police tracked down. Since that call they had been non stopped calling to the point I blocked the number. Horrid place and horrid attitudes running it. If I could give negative stars...I would. I have a lady who was released unable to care for herself because of her injury and I am attempting to contact a relative of hers to get her the best help possible. When I contacted the facility someone kept hanging up to avoid the phone. Once someone did answer she was extremely rude to me and hung up again, and has refused to take any of my calls since. This is the attitudes of people taking care of our loved ones? Absolutely unprofessional and inexcusable.

positive thing about my stay was the food, i feel that communication in some areas could improve. over all good stay.

My husband has Parkinson's and was sent to Cypress Care for rehab and recovery after being hospitalized with covid. The nurses were extremely caring and attentive. The physical, occupational and speech therapists did an extraordinary job of helping him fully recover his strength and abilities. Outstanding care in the covid unit - we are so grateful.
