Before I decided to rent it I talked with a nice lady over the phone, and I tried to reach her back after a week, but I was told that I was not in the system so I couldn't talk with her anymore. But he helped me with the reservation. When we arrived to the location again in Jersey City, we met again with the person who show me the unit before, and did all the paperwork after. He was also nice. The only thing that I didn't like is that my card was put on automatically payment system without my permission.

They make people review the place when you sign up. That way there’s positive reviews before you actually experience the place. I’ve been there for over a year now and they have increased my rent by 300%. I’m paying triple what I was when I moved in. It’s kind of disgusting how they do that the longer you stay. Get out fast is all I have to say. Enjoy whatever sign up promotions they give you, and then leave. The people working there are always sweet. It’s really the management increasing the rent how they do.
