ridiculous service. Call services are very very bad. I have been so patience . but there is no change in service. I always struggles to get someone on the call to answers. I have been waiting for Universal health record for more than 20 days. i am still waiting. School is keep calling me for it and by law it can not be delayed . Riverside never ever responding to any emails or calls. I have been going to office directly in person to get report. still did not receive. Dr Bokhari is my kiddos primary dr. poor staff. very bad management

They accept only vaccine and normal check up visits by appointment. If your baby is sick they will give you appointment after 2 weeks 🥳. If your kids are sick they recommend to go to urgent care or ER as they don’t have appointments. Shame on this kind of medical practice.

It was nice. The doctors and nurses here are really nice and everything got done very efficiently. It took a long time until we were tended to, but that's ok.
