This place is a nightmare. The first time I went to find out about their leasings I talked to the manager Eric and asked him what was the least I could rent a one bedroom and he said six months. The next day I called and talked to a different person to get some more information and asked again what was the shortest time I could lease a one bedroom and this person told me three was the shortest amount. We did a lease contract for three months only. Right after me and my mom were trying to move out they told us we were not allowed to move out and that we had to stay for another month because we did not give our 60 day notice me and my mom had no problem staying for another month and even made us sign some new papers not telling us what we were signing. After we gave our 60 day notice and we’re finally able to move out we went to the office to pay everything in full and asked if this was the total amount we owed they told us yes. Next thing you know they are calling us down to the office to tell us we still owe more money after they told us we owed nothing else and that they had made a mistake and that we had to pay more which sounds like complete misleading and extortion to me. My mom paid everything and on time and they still sent us to collection I reached out to the apartments about the problem and they told me they would call me later still haven’t received their call back. Very bad service and I would not trust the manager Eric. Also we never received our deposit back after we left the apartment exactly the same as it was given to us.

I've been living here for about a month and I absolutely love it. Dejah and Jocelyn have been amazing help.Always very helpful to our needs and resolving any possible issues. Maintenance is awesome to respond on the app, and easy to use. Gym and front office lobbies are well maintained and sanitized. Would definitely recommend the property!

I've lived here previously, under old management, and there's nothing wrong with this complex. There isn't anything amazing, except the leasing agents are very kind and the resident portal they use now is pretty user-friendly. Yes, I'd recommend, but it's not anything mind blowing.

I had a question regarding the “animal rent” in my lease renewal. So I had my daughter go to the leasing office with me on FaceTime. Daisha (with the horrible attitude) proceeded to tell explain (while stumbling over her words) but didn’t do a good job of explaining, so I asked again for clarification. Daisha, had the nerve to push her monitor back , stand up and responded “like I said”, aggressive with the “neck roll.” I deferred to the PM. After speaking with management, I expressed my dissatisfaction with Daisha customer service. She apologized and explained my initial question in detail. Since Haven management has taken over this property, it definitely has changed.
