I have lived here for a total of two months, and had previously lived in Excelsior on the park way over off 45 and Ella (you can see my review for them there here soon). This place, is amazing. The apartments are a great layout, just the right size, and affordable. They’re low income but honestly, you’d never guess it by looking at them. I paid more for my other apartment than I do here, and this place is 1,000Xs nicer! And the front desk people are a lot nicer too! Only thing I’d change is the fact they close the laundry room when the office is closed. My boyfriend works overnight and he likes to go with me to do that stuff outside the house because of my epilepsy so we have to go elsewhere for laundry when he is awake. But it’s still an amazing complex!

Danielle the Office Manager is rude, she wouldn't even get off her rear to come answer a question. She answered it from her office, the only way I could see her even speaking was because there is a window there. Very unprofessional

I had an great experience today with these ladies Danielle was super helpful. I had so many questions I am sure I drove them up the wall with them all but they told me everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. I can wait to move, those ladies are so sweet. They even have a no cook night or something like that where they hire a food truck to cook your dinner. I am ready to leave where i am and move tomorrow!!!

I’ve been here going on two years , the office staff is amazing . First apartment lease went great ! Upgraded to a 3x2 , and it’s so much space I love it . Never no problems .
