Apartment poor quality, grounds maintenance is terrible. Paying for amenities you don't even have and the leasing office staff is unresponsive. Would not recommend!

I love my apartment Ms Araceli has been very helpful she is very patience and she's always happy and smiling I read reviews and honestly the staff takes the time with everyone. I will continue to live here until I buy my home

Moved out due to roaches! My move out process was pretty irritating, I just felt as if the office ladies including management were very rude and not understanding. 1. Communication was poor, it took a lot to get a hold of anyone there. I had to show up multiple times to get things done because they wouldn’t answer the phone. 2. With me moving out I had previous mail shipped there, within a week of moving out they wouldn’t allow me access to my mailbox to help get my mail, the Property manager Araceli said I need to contact the postal service. Don’t recommend! Not a first class apartment complex. Sorry Aviara, wish I had a better experience with the transition out of y’all complex. I learned you get what you pay for here!

It's broken cause some of the residents had a party for memorial day and they were not authorized to do so, those dummies broke the pool during that time, so technically they might have fixed the pool but just not letting us use it cause they don't know who cause this issue in the first place. Hope this helps.
