This is my first apartment I love and enjoy it, the rent doesn't change drastically, every time I put in a maintenance request it is fixed within 2 days, it is very quiet nobody is EVER in my business, i love the view of squirrels, and their hospitality at the front is great, I refer Cara Nino she has made my stay easy and nice.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Save your money and go else where. My husband and I put in our notice a day late (1 DAY)... They charged us that extra day and didn't accommodate anything. We lived here for 2 years. Within those 2 years my car wheels got stolen, the front desk ladies are very unprofessional, rent was raised, extremely loud neighbors (not a quiet complex over all), a lot of bugs always, the gate clicker never worked, one dumpster throughout the complex, the car wash station water wasn't always on, and overall didn't feel safe towards the last 6 months living here.

When we first got here it all was good but as we moved to the first few days we started noticing a roach problem, we don’t leave any food out and aren’t dirty people they were her since the first day, we have had roaches crawl in our beds, we ate breakfast there was a roach in the food. It’s not just a one time thing and we see a roach just about every day. The apartment has had exterminators come in but it hasn’t helped. The events stated above are after the extermination
